Szczuka FA
TypefaceSzczuka FA inspired by works of two Polish avant-garde artists: Mieczysław Szczuka and Teresa Żarnower. They created photo-montages, book covers and propaganda posters, using strong, constructivist-origniated lettering. After Szczuka's death in 1927, T. Żarnower completed many of his works, including the cover for Anatol Stern's poem Europa (1929). That cover was the direct inspiration for the Szczuka FA font.
